Service description
The electronic complaints management system allows the employer to submit complaints regarding the active unified contracts or those in the status of 'Arrived,' or contracts for the employment of a worker without a trial period.
Prerequisites
- The employer must have an updated account on Musaned.
- The contract status must be (Active, Arrived).
Service Steps
1- Select the ' Support' section
2- Select 'Report an issue '
3- Specify the type of assistance (Contract, Visa, worker Management)
4- Enter the details of the support request
5- Attach supporting documents
6- Submit the complaint
