Please carefully read the following terms of use before using the Communication Channels with Musaned platform. These terms apply as soon as you use the Communication Channels.
Introduction
These terms of use are an integral part of the terms of use for Musaned platform (along with the documents referred to in this document), which include the necessary guidelines on how to use Communication Channels via the website of Musaned platform https://musaned.com.sa/ar/home the unified number (920002866), social media channels such as (X-LinkedIn), instant messaging (Chatbot - Live chat), off-platform conversations (WhatsApp - direct messages on the X platform), and live communication via the platform using the following link (https://musaned.com.sa/ar/home) or email (care.e@musaned.gov.sa) (referred to hereinafter as 'communication channels' or 'our channels'). These guidelines include instructions for using our channels, including login, browsing, or registration procedures for using our channels.
Please read the following terms, conditions, and acknowledgments carefully before using the Communication Channels with Musaned platform. By using our channels, you confirm your acceptance of these terms, conditions, and acknowledgments, and agree to comply with their terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please refrain from using our channels.
These terms, conditions, and acknowledgments, in addition to the applicable additional terms for using our channels, are subject to continuous updates and changes as needed. Any modification or update to any of these terms and conditions becomes effective immediately upon adoption by the service provider. This requires your continuous review of these terms and conditions. Your continued use of our channels signifies your acknowledgment and full acceptance of any modifications made to the terms of use. The service provider is not obligated to announce any updates or modifications made to these terms. Therefore, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (the 'Ministry') and Takamol for Business Services Company (the 'Service provider'), which is the operating company of Musaned platform, reserve the right to change the terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes to the terms and conditions can be reviewed by referring to the terms and conditions continuously to stay informed about any updates or changes that may occur.

User Acknowledgments
By reviewing these terms of use, you agree and acknowledge to comply with the following:
- You will provide accurate and complete information when filling out the required data that verifies your request and identity.
- You will select the correct path for your inquiry when contacting us to be directed to the appropriate staff member.
- All your calls are recorded and documented for all live communication channels, social media channels, and external communication channels.
- The user shall maintain the confidentiality of the request or the call, including the request number provided to the user, and not disclose it to a third party.
- The user is responsible for their personal use of our channels and any content they upload, access, or utilize in any form. The user also agree that their use of our channels is subject to these terms, as well as all applicable local, national laws and regulations, including copyright and data protection laws.
- The user shall not record or film the content of our channels for purposes that are not legally permitted, or with the intention of harming our channels or Musaned platform, or for unlawful purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, the list of users, electronic sources, or their information.
- The user shall not violate human rights or any other rights of employees during direct or indirect communication with our channels and communication centers.
- The user shall have the legal authority and eligibility to make these terms binding and ensure that all information provided for registration on the communication channels is accurate, up-to-date, and complete as required for channel usage.
- The user is responsible for ensuring that all users of the channels comply with the terms of use and other applicable terms.
- If the request number is used by multiple individuals or on behalf of an entity, the person who registered the request is responsible for all activities and must immediately inform Musaned platform team of any unauthorized or illegal use of the request. If you suspect that someone else is aware of your request number and has used it on your behalf, you must notify us immediately at: care.e@musaned.gov.sa or the unified number 920002866.
- In case of any technical problems you encounter on the platform, the user should attach a screenshot as evidence when submitting a support ticket.
- The user acknowledges that they authorize the service provider or its representatives to verify any information provided for the purpose of approving or rejecting the user's request, or for other procedures that involve the use of user data by any relevant authorities.
- The user acknowledges full responsibility for their personal account on Musaned platform, and their accounts used to communicate with us through the communication channels. The user confirms and guarantees that they are the sole user of the account, and therefore, all account activities are legally binding on the user as the account owner.
- The user acknowledges that in the event of any errors in using any of the services provided through our channels, the service provider and the Ministry are not responsible for any financial or legal losses incurred. It is the user's responsibility to report any errors by opening an electronic support ticket through the communication center included in the 'Communication Methods' section of these terms and conditions. The service provider or its representatives will take appropriate action and notify the user accordingly.
- The user acknowledges that they authorize the Musaned platform to record all conversations and requests submitted through the various channels.
- The user agrees that the audio or written recordings shall be considered conclusive legal evidence of the content.
- The user acknowledges that the recorded information may be used to improve service quality and monitor the performance of the technical support teams.
Verification
The information provided and any other information related to you obtained by us will be subject to these terms of use, the terms and conditions of Musaned platform, and the privacy policy. They will be used to verify your identity by the relevant authorities, including but not limited to the Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, and any other relevant entity.
Verification can be done using any accepted identity documents, including:
- National ID card or residency permit.
- Request or contract number.
If you do not possess an identity document that meets the above conditions, you will not be able to benefit from some of our services on our website or communication channels.
Counterfeit identities will not be accepted under any circumstances, and by agreeing to these terms and conditions, the user acknowledges that all information provided by them is accurate and up to date. The user agree to maintain the accuracy and currency of this information. In case of any violation of these terms and conditions or the submission of fraudulent, forged, or incorrect documents, the user will be subject to sanctions and legal actions as per the provisions of the 'Suspension and Termination' section below and other applicable regulations.
Access to our Channels
Our channels are designed to be used within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and we do not guarantee the availability of our channels in other locations. We have the right to limit the access of our services to any person at any time. The user bears full responsibility for accessing our channels from within and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Intellectual Property Rights
- The service provider owns all intellectual property rights to our channels, and all materials published therein are subject to copyrights laws, trademark law, and patent law of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, international treaties, and all other relevant and applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where all these rights are reserved.
- It should be noted that all intellectual property rights, including, but not limited to trademarks, industrial models, patents, copyrights and any content displayed on our website and communication channels belong to their respective owners.
- The user is not permitted to use any of the above-mentioned intellectual property rights, or any of their various forms, for promotional purposes, or give the impression, whether intentionally or unintentionally, of having a relationship with the relevant trademark owner. Our website and channels do not include any provision that could be interpreted as granting - whether explicitly, implicitly, or otherwise - any license or right to use any of the trademarks displayed on our site without the written permission of the owner of the respective trademark.
- You have the right to print one copy and download quotes of the content from Musaned platform or communication channels with Musaned for your personal use as interpreted by intellectual property laws and regulations in the Kingdon of Saudi Arabia. However, you are not entitled to modify the printed or downloaded copies in any way, and you may not use any illustrations, photographs, series of video or audio clips, or any other graphic materials.

Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any legal consequences, arising from any losses or damages (whether direct or indirect), resulting from the use of the communication channels, including but not limited to:
- Compliance with any contract, agreement, or binding document entered into by the user.
- Any fraudulent, deceptive, or misrepresented act, omissions or negligence by the user.
- Any errors or misuse of our channels or any person's inability to use the communication channels and understand their content.
- Any losses resulting from internet connection delays, website suspension, or errors arising from the failure of any wired or wireless communication means or any data transmission system, including server failures, maintenance, or failure to access the user's page or associated pages, with the service provider's responsibility to provide technical support and troubleshooting.
- Any losses resulting from the act of any governmental authority, or others, or any force majeure event beyond the service provider's control.
- The communication channels may contain links and advertisements to other applications and websites. Such links should not be interpreted as endorsed by the service provider, and therefore we do not assume any responsibility for the materials, services, content, or product offerings displayed on such applications and websites. We do not guarantee that any of the applications, websites, or channels are free from viruses, malware, or other destructive elements. The user acknowledges and agrees that the service provider and the Ministry are not responsible for the content or quality of any of these applications and websites.
- In case of the user's violation of these terms and conditions, we have the right to suspend, cancel, or block the user's access to all communication channels and/or the account.
- The service provider shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by a virus, unauthorized access to the website, or any other technically harmful material that may affect mobile devices, computer software/hardware, or user data or materials resulting from the user's use of the website or communication channels or the user's downloading of any content from our channels or from any other websites linked to our website and communication channels.
- Our website and communication channels are not responsible for any legal issues related to user funds. The amounts paid by the user must be from their own funds, and the user is not entitled to claim a refund.
- Our website and communication channels are not liable for any problems that may arise from internet or network disruptions or other issues during payment transactions. The user is advised to contact their respective bank in such cases.
Compensation
By using our website and communication channels, you agree to indemnify, compensate, and defend the Ministry, Takamol for Business Services company, its subsidiaries and affiliates, its directors, officers, agents, and employees against any claims, actions, or demands by third parties arising from or related to your use of our website and communication channels in any form. This includes any liabilities or expenses arising from all or some of the claims, losses, actual or consequential damages, lawsuits, judgments, litigation costs, and attorneys' fees. In such a case, we will provide you with written notice of such claim, action, or demand.
Partial Invalidity
If any provision of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid, unenforceable, or not permissible under the applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, it shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms of use are governed by the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. And subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Non-Reliance on Information
Despite our efforts to update the information on our website and communication channels, we do not explicitly or implicitly warrant the accuracy or completeness of the content, as technology evolves and advances at a pace that may be difficult for us to keep up with at times. We are not obligated to update it, and you should seek professional or specialized advice before making any decision or reversing a decision based on the content of our website and communication channels. Suspension and Termination
The Service Provider will determine, at its own discretion, whether there has been a violation of the terms of use by the user’s using the website or the communication channels. If it is found that these terms and conditions were violated, the Service Provider may take appropriate actions. Non-compliance with these terms and conditions, or acts of fraud or forgery by the user may result in the Service Provider taking any or all the following actions, including but not limited to:
- Issuing a warning to the user.
- Immediate, temporary, or permanent suspension of the user's right to use the website or the communication channels.
- Immediate, temporary, or permanent removal of any publications or materials uploaded by the user on the website or communication channels.
- Taking legal action against the user to request compensation for all costs, including but not limited to any damages, administrative and legal costs resulting from the violation of these terms.
- Taking further legal action against the user, and disclosing information to the relevant judicial authorities, if needed.
- We disclaim any responsibility for the actions taken as a result of the violation of the terms of use, and these actions are not limited to what is mentioned in the terms. We reserve the right to take any other actions that we deem appropriate, in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
