Domestic Labor Transfer from Individual to Individual (Labor Market)
Service description
The current employer can transfer the domestic worker’s services to a new employer after obtaining their approval. This process is carried out through a simplified electronic journey where a new employment contract is created, and the request is sent to the Absher Portal to complete regulatory procedures.
Prerequisites
Current Employer
- Must have an account on the Musaned Portal.
- The profile information must be complete and up to date.
- Must currently employ domestic labor.
New Employer
- Must have an active account on the Absher Portal.
- Must have an account on the Musaned Portal.
- The profile information must be complete and up to date.
- Must not have traffic violations or government restrictions.
- Must not have a pending request in the Musaned Portal.
Domestic Worker
- The worker’s occupation must be classified as a domestic profession.
- Must have a valid residency permit (Iqama).
- Must have an active account on the Absher Portal.
- The residency permit must be valid for at least 15 days.
- The worker must not be of Chadian nationality.
Service Steps
- Listing the Domestic Worker’s Profile for Direct Transfer
Current Employer:
1- Log in to the Musaned Portal.
2- Select the Domestic Workers Page.
3- Click on Manage Workers.
4- Click on Transfer Services.
5- Click on List the Worker in the Direct Transfer Service.
6- Enter the domestic worker’s details.
7- Submit the request.
Domestic Worker:
1- Log in to the Domestic Labor Portal.
2- Select Direct Transfer Requests.
3- Choose the request and view details.
4- Approve or reject the listing request in the Direct Transfer Service.
- Transferring the Domestic Worker’s Services
New Employer:
1- Log in to the Musaned Portal.
2- Select Hire a Domestic Worker.
3- Choose Hire a Domestic Worker from within the Kingdom.
4- Select the worker’s gender, profession, and nationality.
5- Assign the domestic worker. 6- Confirm and send the offer.
Current Employer:
1- Log in to the Musaned Portal.
2- Click on View Details.
3- Review the offer and choose to Accept or Reject.
4- The request will be sent to the domestic worker and new employer for approval and completion of procedures.
Domestic Worker:
1- Log in to the Domestic Labor Portal.
2- Select Transfer Request.
3- Click on Request Details.
4- Enter family members’ details.
5- Review the Service Transfer Contract and Employment Contract.
6- Review and approve the request details.
New Employer:
1- Log in to the Musaned Portal.
2- Select the Service Transfer Request and click View.
3- Accept or reject the Service Transfer Request.
4- Review the Service Transfer Contract and Employment Contract.
5- Complete the payment process and finalize the request.
Related Outside Steps
Absher Platform:
- After the new employer reviews and accepts the transfer request, she/he must go on the Absher platform and complete the necessary steps
